iv) Fines or sanctions of any kind imposed by public authorities, directly or indirectly related to the user's use of the website .

The courts of the district of Aveiro shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise between “Ana Paula Neves Guelfi” and the user, arising from the use of the website , with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
