Shipments

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

In Portugal, deliveries are usually made through carriers with tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number .

Some products may be available for in-person pickup , subject to prior confirmation.

Returns

According to European law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions:

• The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

• The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed.

Damaged products

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, you must send photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery .
